Shipping policy
Local Shipping policy :
- ALL items are handmade; as such there is a standard processing time of 1-7 business days to facilitate the creation and packaging of your item.
- Processing times are subject to increase during heightened seasons , and thus will be openly communicated .
- All orders are shipped via local courier service and shipped within 1-3 days of dispatch .
- Shipping delays and inconsistencies are not the direct fault or cause of Avi's Celestial Crafts but we will work very closely with the courier service to rectify any issues .
- Customers who don't collect their packages or cancel when a delivery attempt is actively being made will be prohibited from utilizing this service in the future .
International Shipping Policy :

- All orders are shipped with DHL Express
- Tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch
- Shipping delays can occur during heightened periods .
Shipping time is as follows :
- USA/Canada - 1-3 business days
- Caribbean - 1-3 business days
- Other parts of the world - 3-10 business days
NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties , import taxes , VAT levied by their destination country .
