Refund policy

Local policy:

  •  All sales are final
  • No refund or exchanges will be issued on Custom Items . As these items were made specifically for you.
  • Refunds will only be issued in special circumstances : 

1) Items damaged during transit 

2) Manufacturing/Production mistakes - Please contact us urgently so we can assist you. 

For refund claims to be valid , customers must reach out via whatsApp 868-746-8303  or email avis.celestialcrafts.support@gmail.com with detailed photos/videos illustrating the damaged or faulty item . These must be sent within 48 hours of delivery. After deliberation, if the refund is approved ,  customers are to be granted : full , partial or a store credit refund . 

Exchanges : 

  • Avi's Celestial Crafts does not offer exchanges , we know this can be concerning though this is the case due to;

1) Our accessories are worn in direct contact with the person whom is wearing . This raises a hygiene concern and cannot be resold after being returned . 

  • Though , customers are free to drop off exchanges for size alterations (free) at our Physical Studio in Arima. Or returned via courier at the customers expense. 
  • In the case of Manufacturing/ Production mistakes by fault of Avi's Celestial Crafts , after a report is made via the terms above. Customers can receive store credit which can be used to receive a brand new item.

European union 14-day cooling off- period 

As a citizen of any of the European Union countries you have the consumer right of canceling or returning your item within a time period of 14 days, without due reason.

  • For returns, shipping costs is on full responsibility of the customer. 

  • An address will be sent to you upon notice of return.

  • No returns can be granted on custom-made items or items tailored to your size preferences specifically . 

  • The returned item must first be inspected upon arrival for damage or use before a refund is granted . Please note there may be further delays for your bank or credit card company to process the refund .
